I have to ask... assuming you're using photoshop(no?!).. then can you tell me the secret of doing the stripes/spiral in the background??
It's a wonderful effect.. and I haven't found an easy way of doing it yet...

yeah, I made this in photoshop! it's very simple!! now let's see if I can explain it well

As there are circles, squares, etc, there's also a choice of preshaped shpae with looks like and amoeba. Click this and then on a top bar you can choose from many shapes (arrows, squares, hearts...), then you must "load all shapes" in this window and you'll have this one!
If it isn't clear yet, tell me and I'll send you a screen capture!!

...I got it half the way through... you lost me at the "load all shapes" part... if you would give me a screen capture, then you're a darling...
Just to be sure.. I have photoshop 7 (I think.. or maybe 7.5)... it works with that, doesn't it?!
