Hahahah. That's fantastic. Interesting techniques for charicaturing. I like the shapes though, they work well, and its very recognizable as Dwight. Good job :D

well done. Thing is, the original UK "The Office" is way better than the US adaptation. If you didn't, you should check it out.

Cool, original way to do the caricature. I would think it would be difficult to do a good likeness like this, but you succeeded.

That is very very good.
Al Hirschfeld's Idea was to use the minimal amount of lines to represent his subjects...you've done something very similar here..
